Ing. František Francírek, Ph.D.
Chairman of the board of directors
He works as a tax consultant since 1994 and as an estate assessor since 2000. In his field of work, he focuses primarily on tax aspects of transfer pricing. His economic articles are published in several specialized periodicals. He also participates on teaching at the department of the Public Finances at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague. He teaches at the tutor agency Intes Praha, as well. He has two children, a daughter and a son. His hobbies are hiking, yoga, skiing, and reading a spiritual literature.
Ing. Vlastimil Roun, Ph.D.
Vice chairman of the board of directors
He focuses mainly on managerial accounting, accounting aspects of transfer pricing and on the problematic of harmonizing accounts, non-profit organization accounts included. He works as a professor at the department of Managerial Accounting at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting the University of Economics in Prague. He gives
regular speeches at the tutor agencies VOX, Intes, Controller Institut and Union of Accountants. He also participated in translating International Accounting Standards (IAS). He has two children, a daughter and a son.
MUDr. Zdeněk Novotný
Member of the board of directors
MUDr. Zdeněk Novotný is a director of baby asylum and has hands-on experience with the help for mistreated, exploited and neglected children. Within the scope of Emergency Centre for Children and Family in Ostrava, he contributed to the development of a system and building of a team for helping these children.
